     ·  La limpieza, la atención recibida, la tranquilidad y equipamiento de las habitaciones, la comodidad de las camas, las instalaciones tan nuevas y la facilidad de aparcamiento.
     ·  Está situado a unos 10 minutos caminando del Casco Histórico pero el camino está bastante oscuro y poco transitado.

     ·  Queda a unos 10 minutos andando del centro y el camino está oscuro y poco transitado.

     ·  Aerul condiționat din cameră nu funcționa, a devenit în camera din ce în ce mai cald. Scările spre C2 sunt periculoase, mai ales cand plouă.
    Vă mulțumim pentru recenzia dumneavoastră și pentru aprecierile făcute la adresa curățeniei și a micului dejun. Ne bucurăm că ați avut o experiență plăcută în general. Ne pare sincer rău pentru dificultățile întâmpinate cu scările. Vă asigurăm că vom verifica acest aspect pentru a îmbunătăți confortul și siguranța oaspeților noștri. Aerul condiționat nu funcționează în timpul sezonului rece, deoarece nu avem calorifere, avem ventilație, prin care putem seta fie aer cald, fie aer rece, nu ambele deodata, așa e sistemul. Sperăm să vă mai avem ca oaspete la Craft Inn și să vă oferim o experiență și mai plăcută. Vă dorim toate cele bune! Echipa Craft Inn

     ·  Este cu siguranță un hotel pe care îl recomand cu drag, dacă vrei să vizitezi Sibiu și să stai aproape de inimă, fără să renunți la confort. Dacă vrei să te relaxezi diminețile și să începi ziua bine, Craft Inn îți oferă un mic dejun de calitate și un ambient plăcut.

     ·  Sophia was most gracious and friendly. She is an asset to your establishment. Alex was also good.
     ·  The breakfast was good but not enough tables and we had to wait until one became available. The motorcyle group from Italy was loud and rude. They stood by the food and coffee machine instead of sitting down like everyone else to eat. They also used their hands to pick up the food from the trays. It is not their home and should treat other guest with respect. They were crude and have no manners. Guest like them ruin the atmospher for some quiet time and relaxation.

     ·  Foarte aproape de centrul istoric. Raport calitate preț foarte bun Accepta card de vacanta, cafeaua a fost grozava. Zona foarte linistita.
